A 30 minute blast class from your home. The same Zoom link every week. Have your bands and weights at the ready. Each session will be a section taken from the in person Stronger Fitter Bones Class.

This class is only for people who are known to Bex, if you are interested you will have to have attended a class assessment or one to one session so that Bex knows you are safe to follow independently.

The difficulty will be mid range but progressions or regressions will be offered so you can work to your level.

Payment is by donation. Pay whatever you feel you can afford. No invoices sent just pop it into my account on a class by class basis.

Follow on sessions after attending LIFT & LOAD Foundation. Sessions are booked in 6 week blocks. Can attend a Monday / Thursday or both. Programme is switched up every 6 weeks. Each Programme always includes dynamic impact, balance, core work and progressive strengthening through lifting heavy weights.

£25 a session - 1 x week / £22.50 a session - 2 x week @ Shredquaters Gym - Hove

Once a month I will be based at the Tree of Life - Portland Rd. This is for those who may have chronic pain, struggling to access certain movements due to muscle restrictions or want a deeper massage.

Twice weekly sessions (also Fridays at 9 am). You must attend both sessions. If you have absolutely no experience of gyms and heavy lifting or you have dabbled but don't feel confident because of your Osteoporosis. This course if for you. Through staged phases of learning you will learn to lift safely and confidently progressing onto heavy weights. This 'Foundation' programme is based on Bex's lifting Protocol designed on the best evidence for strengthening bones.

50 minute class @ £29 a session, twice a week for 12 weeks.

Must have had an assessment with Bex to join.

If you are nervous about progressing onto heavy weights this is the course for you. In a small supportive studio where there is access to a huge variety of weights so you can move up really safely and incrementally and with plenty of hands on support.

45 minutes session, in a small group of max 6 people only.

Programme will change every 6 weeks so plenty of time to progress. Each programme will have elements of hip hinge movements for safe lifting, strengthening, impact, balance and posture.

£18.50 a session for 1 x week, £17 a session for 2 x week (available on Tuesdays and Fridays).

Must have had an assessment with Bex to join.

Assessment required before attending. All classes focus on strengthening, impact and functional movement patterns to support excellent posture, lifting and bone building. We have hand weights from 1/2kg to 3 kg available and a big variety of bands.

8.30 (50 mins) : Tough Bones - Faster paced, some cardio fitness required.

9.30 (1 hr) : Fit Bones - still hard but slightly easier pace so more opportunity for adaptations if struggling. Always includes dedicated balance practice section.

10.45 (1 hr) : Fit Bones - as above.

12 Noon (1 hr): Steady Bones - slower paced with time to rest. Longer stretch period often using wall, always dedicated balance section.

£13.50 a session payable in 6 week blocks. First session free to check you like it...
